About Us

The PAVA Leadership program joins the Pacific American Volunteer Association (PAVA) with Dale Carnegie. It is a leadership program consisting of teenagers who are interested in becoming leaders in their society. One of Dale Carnegie's employees comes to work directly with the students to hone their leadership and people skills through self-improvement. Sessions are 12:30-2:30 pm on Saturdays and requires another Web session for an hour on Sundays.

About 30 students came together in Cycle 2 under Lawrence Lee, a Dale Carnegie employee. According to dale Carnegie's program, students learn to give great speeches, improve their relationships with others, and lastly, improve themselves in order to become better leaders. Although there are no records of Cycle 1 of the Leadership program, Cycle 2 started in March of 2011 and ended recently in April 16, 2011. We expect that Cycles 3 and 4 will soon start as well.
